Area 2-Week 37-Pensacola-Goodbye to Elder Smith

crazygroupmissionarieselders and 2 sisters

Dear Family,

Its been a great week and i am doing well. Elder Smith and i, to send him on his way visited almost all the active members and shared a short spiritual thought with them. he also said his goodbyes and got pictures with them. so that was really fun, i got to meet some of the members that i hadnt meet before and get to know others better. also on tuesday was Mystique and Mercedys Williams Baptism. they are investigators of the sisters, age 12 and 13, and they asked Elder Smith to baptize them. so that was a blessing to see them baptized and be a part of that. thursday was transfers so it was a busy day. Elder Smith and i had the morning for him to get everything finiallized, then the Perdido Elders came up to our apartment, we said our goodbyes, and Elder McEwan and Elder Smith left to the transfer spot. Elder Collett and I were companions for a couple hours until our new companions came back. Elder Blair is cool. he is tall and skinny and he sings. we went out with brother Reisinger and saw the Morados and Brother Feagin. then Elder Blair had time to unpack. Friday we had weekly planning and then spent the rest of the day biking around until we had to go to Perdido so Elder Blair could give a baptism interview to a guy named Robert Green. Saturday was spent biking around as well, we got caught in a downpour and got soaked, and we were able to see Tramaine and teach him again. hes pretty solid and really has a great desire to learn, its just hard to find a time to meet with him. church was good on sunday and we biked around a lot then as well. thats about all this week, sorry for the short letter but i dont have much time today.
I love yall and wish yall the best!
Elder Balling
